Job Description

The Senior Director of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for directing the Marketing & Communications department to build and protect The Grand Ho Tram brand, create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels, and deliver measurable business results. This role leads brand communications, campaign planning and execution, content and creative production, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. The Senior Director partners closely with senior leadership and external agencies to align marketing strategy with company vision, ensure consistent messaging, and drive awareness, demand and reputation for Ho Tram Project Company LTD.

Responsibilities

  • Set marketing strategy, brand positioning and integrated campaign roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee planning, production and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, print, events).
  • Lead the Marketing & Communications team; recruit, mentor and develop talent.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors and creative partners; ensure quality, timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with sales, operations, and leadership to drive demand and conversion.
  • Oversee brand governance, messaging consistency and content standards across touchpoints.
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, optimize based on data, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and budget controls.
  • Proficient in Budget Controls / Finance processes
  • Create and plan annual marketing budgets.
  • Track and share information regarding new business trends.
  • Create and ensure that company SOPs and property LSOPs are in place and adhered to.
  • Monitor monthly results and performance of hotels. Explain variations to their analytics.
  • Submit marketing activities reports on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships in the industry, both hospitality and non-hospitality (associations, business chambers, media, press etc)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Marketing, and/or Communications with established agencies, hospitality or related industries.
  • At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Knowledge of hotel, property management, or entertainment business.
  • Strong in inter-personality and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication and computer literate.
  • Strong in driving results and people management and development.
