As we accelerate our growth in Vietnam and the region, we are seeking a Senior Director Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy within the Banking, Financial Services, investment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director - Business Development and Marketing, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves driving new business development initiatives, overseeing strategic business planning, identifying and pursuing lead generation opportunities, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities also include leading contract negotiations, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing and business development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business Planning and Account Management
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and ability to establish agreements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to drive results and achieve business growth objectives
• Experience working in international business and multicultural environments is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
