Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (WordPress & AI Tools)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (WordPress & AI Tools) to take full ownership of our agency's digital presence across social media, search visibility, and website management. In this role, you will lead end-to-end marketing strategies from organic content creation and SEO optimization to paid ad management and video production, driving qualified leads and enhancing overall brand engagement.

Schedule:

• Full-Time (40hrs/week, Australian Eastern Time (Gold Coast))

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement across platforms
• Manage and update the agency's WordPress website including adding features, content, and resolving technical issues
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and turn the website into a lead generation tool
• Create visually compelling graphic content using Canva and other design tools for marketing campaigns
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content production and improve overall marketing productivity
• Manage Google Ads and paid social media advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads
• Use video editing software to cut and edit video content

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, SEO, and website management
• Proficiency in WordPress including content updates, basic troubleshooting, and plugin management
• Strong graphic design skills with experience using Canva
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
• Ability to see the bigger picture and align social media, SEO, and website strategies cohesively
• High attention to detail and strong creative thinking
• Video editing skills
