- Optimize website pages to improve ranking, visibility, and organic leads.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
- Work with internal teams to develop highquality website content tailored to the Indochina market.
- Track web performance using SEO tools and analytics, providing clear improvement recommendations.
2. Email Marketing (25%)
- Plan and execute customer nurturing campaigns.
- Improve open rates, clickthrough rates, and conversions with A/B testing.
- Maintain clean lists, segmentation, and automation workflows.
3. Social Media (25%)
- Develop content aligned with logistics and trade trends.
- Create and schedule engaging posts to grow reach and engagement.
- Monitor performance and continuously refine strategy.
- Track competitor activity and identify opportunities to stand out.
4. Marketing Support (10%)
- Assist in events, exhibitions, and offline marketing activities.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (certifications are a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing experience.
- Experience in Logistics / Transportation is a strong advantage.
- Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
Skills & Knowledge
- Solid understanding of SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing & Content Marketing.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools: SEMrush, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable with both data and content analysis.
- Ability to use AI tools for content, research, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with WeChat, basic video editing, and design tools (Canva, CapCut).
- A strong team player with high initiative.
