Role Description

1. Integrated Performance Media & Digital Operations

Performance Media Management: Directly manage and optimize substantial media budgets across key digital channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Execute high-performance media buying using advanced formats, achieving targets across Traffic, Brand Awareness, and Sales Performance.

Provide strategic direction and oversee the performance of key agency partners (Creative, Media, etc.).

Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project schedules.

2. Website Administration

Manage overall website content, structure, and design to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Monitor and improve UX/UI of the online brand shop.

Create microsites and landing pages in alignment with HQ guidelines.

Identify website performance issues and collaborate with HQ technical teams to drive resolutions.

Monitor website analytics to ensure continuous improvement.

Enhance SEO and organic traffic through continuous on-page and off-page strategies.

3. Marketing Automation & Customer Data (CRM/CDP)

Automation Campaign Deployment: Plan and monitor execution of complex automated marketing campaigns via eCRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Zalo to personalize customer journeys at scale.

Data-Driven Segmentation: Apply micro-segmentation techniques based on behavioral data to optimize targeting and improve conversion rates.

CDP Enrichment: Develop and implement multi-channel interactive campaigns focused on collecting, enriching, and updating customer data for advanced personalization.

Zalo Platform Development: Build and manage Zalo Official Account (OA) platforms, including chatbot logic, broadcast content, and service features that support sales and customer care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Branding, or related fields.

Over 5 years of experience in a similar position or industry.

Experience in Website Administration (including familiarity with web hosting and CMS).

Strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in Digital Marketing.

Experience with Google Analytics is a must.

Experience in agency or e-commerce environments is an advantage.

Exceptional attention to details.

Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
