The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Cross-Channel Strategy:
- Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Tiktok, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and search rankings.
- Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and optimize for conversions.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance the brand's presence.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Implement segmentation and personalization strategies for tailored communication.
Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and informative content to attract and retain target audiences.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and educational values.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets for various channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
