  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing and automation campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Zalo Ads, Tiktok Ads), including strategic budget allocation and advanced split testing.
  • Drive continuous website performance optimization through in-depth data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, CRM reports), A/B testing, and API support to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the customer journey, transforming analytical and competitive findings into effective marketing automation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Design, Sales) and external agencies to ensure campaign consistency, resolve technical issues, and streamline advertising activities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for website optimization and overall business growth.
  • Lead the implementation, deployment, and ongoing management of the Customer Database Platform (CDP), serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring efficient cross-functional communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies, including mentoring junior team members.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive Experience in Marketing Automation & Digital Advertising:Minimum of 2-3 years of proven expertise in CRM, martech, and automation systems and manage digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong Data Analysis & Optimization Acumen:Demonstrated senior-level experience in data analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving, with the ability to derive actionable insights from web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and campaign reports to drive optimization.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills:Proven ability to communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage projects efficiently, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proactive, Meticulous, and Results-Oriented:Highly responsible, proactive, hardworking, and meticulous with a strong sense of ownership and a keen focus on achieving KPIs and improving ROI.
  • Continuous Learner & Industry Aware:Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and platform changes in digital marketing; prior experience in the education sector or similar service industries is a plus.
