About Us:

We are a global leader in ticketing services, providing seamless online experiences for a wide range of sports, concerts, and live events. Our platforms, including Gigsberg and Football Ticket Net, handle millions of users and events worldwide. We are looking for a Mid-level Digital Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling images and videos to support various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to produce engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create short-form marketing videos, including editing footage, adding sound effects, and ensuring professional-level production.
  • Design eye-catching visuals such as banners, thumbnails, and promotional materials to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to enhance creative output.
  • Optimize visuals and videos for both web and mobile platforms to ensure fast loading and optimal user experience.
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized library of digital assets, templates, and design files.

Qualifications

  1. Mandatory Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design for digital advertising.
  • At least 1 year of experience in video editing for ads or social media.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong visual design sense, including a solid understanding of color, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience in creating assets for Google PMAX campaigns, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience in producing ads in various formats, including static banners, GIFs, and video snippets.
  • Ability to create short-form video content (under 30 seconds) tailored for Meta Reels, Instagram Stories, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with marketing teams.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for communication and understanding briefs.

  1. Advantageous (Nice to Have):
  • Skilled in editing with voiceovers, text overlays, transitions, and stock footage.
  • Understanding of ad platform limitations, including text length, safe zones, aspect ratios, file sizes, and more.
  • Skills in storyboarding or basic script writing for short ads.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Salary: 30 Mil VND Gross

Location & Working Hours:

  • This position is based in Beautiful hi-tech office at The Grace Tower - 71 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Onsite work only (no hybrid or remote options)
  • Monday - Friday from 11 AM - 8 PM
