Operate system(s) related to credit recovery activities; analyzing, assessing and making system operations productivity report
Support internal BUs to transfer arising system errors to relevant BUs to solve the problems and execute appropriate back-up operations plan
Work with Collections Departments to collect requirements and send them to PM, IT to build the system.
losely coordinate with PM, IT to test system, deploy projects related to working systems as required by the managers
Job requirements:
At least 02 years experience working as system operational management: Genesys, Pega, Call center, preferably working in banking or finance institution.
Knowledge of process, operation system, project management.
Familiar with ORACLE, SQL Server, databases.
University, major in Banking, Finance, IT or relevant Degree
