I. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer (AWS) to join our team and support both engineering and business operations. In this role, you will design, implement, and operate the tools, platforms, and processes that enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
You will drive the adoption of CI/CD best practices, automate infrastructure and application deployments, and provide operational insights and tooling that empower development teams. The ideal candidate combines hands-on development skills with strong operational expertise, ensuring high system availability while enabling rapid delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and deployment processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance tooling, workflows, and automation to improve developer experience and delivery speed.
- Promote a cloud-first and continuous delivery culture by adopting new technologies and best practices.
- Manage daily tasks and requests using Agile methodologies as part of a collaborative engineering team.
- Provide on-call support as part of a rotating schedule to ensure platform stability and incident resolution.
- Participate in occasional business travel (up to 10% annually) when required.
II. Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing Linux-based systems in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as ECS or EKS (preferred).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.
- Solid understanding of source control systems and workflows (Git, GitFlow, trunk-based development, branching strategies).
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, AWS CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, load balancing, and high availability.
- Experience working within SDLC and Agile environments.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
- AWS certifications related to Advanced Networking.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
