Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qun Cu Giy for a Senior DevOps Engineer. The successful candidate will manage and enhance cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. Responsibilities include configuration and maintenance of Linux systems, development of automation scripts, implementation of continuous integration pipelines, and collaboration with software development teams for efficient deployment processes. The role also requires ensuring optimal system performance and troubleshooting infrastructure and software issues.
Scope of work:
- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for Backend (Python Flask / Node.js NestJS, Express) and Web Apps (React).
- Architect, deploy, and operate production systems on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch, Serverless).
- Define deployment standards, environments (dev/staging/prod), and release processes.
- Containerize applications with Docker and manage orchestration (ECS/EKS).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and cost optimization of infrastructure.
- Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Design and operate MLOps pipelines: model packaging, versioning, deployment, and inference (API or batch).
- Work directly with clients to consult on infrastructure, capture non-functional requirements, and propose technical solutions.
- Mentor team members and take full ownership of DevOps/MLOps domain.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / MLOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS production systems.
- Deep knowledge of Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Proven experience deploying and operating Python and Node.js applications at scale.
- Solid understanding of system design, security, networking, and cost control.
- Experience with ML deployment lifecycle (models to production).
- Dedicated, proactive, fast learner, with high ownership mindset.
- Able to work independently and communicate directly with clients.
- English Level 3.
Nice to Have:
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / AWS CDK / CloudFormation).
- Monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- AWS SageMaker, MLflow, or similar MLOps tools.
- Startup or product scaling experience.
