Job Summary

The Senior Designer (UI/UX) is responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, delivering high-quality, user-centered designs for websites and mobile applications aligned with branding and product goals. This role ensures design consistency, enhances user experience, and contributes to overall product quality.

Role Description

1. Design Execution & Strategy

● Lead the conceptualization of creative designs for websites and mobile applications.

● Develop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

● Build and maintain cohesive design systems, including typography, color schemes, and UI components.

● Ensure all designs align with client branding and internal content standards.

2. Collaboration & Communication

● Partner directly with clients to define requirements and present design structures.

● Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.

● Act as a mentor to junior designers, fostering a culture of high-quality design.

3. Performance & Optimization

● Apply UX best practices to maximize usability and feature functionality.

● Analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify and implement design improvements.

● Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

Requirements

● Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

● Minimum of 6 years as a UI/UX, Web, or App Designer.

Technical Proficiency

● Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern UI/UX design principles.

● Web Development: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and hosting.

● Standards: Deep knowledge of responsive design, UX best practices, and current industry trends.

Skills & Abilities

● Design Execution: Ability to translate complex client requirements into innovative, high-detail visual designs.

● Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and a commitment to continuous learning.

● Collaboration: A team player who can also work independently to deliver high-quality results.

● English: Professional proficiency in both written and verbal English.

● Knowledge of web publishing workflows is a huge plus.

● Working time: 9:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
