Key Responsibilities
1. Design Execution
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising creatives, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and client expectations.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for different platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).
2. Creative Contribution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Account teams to develop creative concepts.
- Propose design ideas and visual directions to enhance campaign performance.
3. Quality Control
- Review and refine design outputs to ensure consistency and high standards.
- Support maintaining design quality across all projects.
4. Mentoring & Support
- Provide guidance and feedback to Junior Designers.
- Support team members in improving technical and creative skills.
5. Process & Efficiency
- Follow internal workflows and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Contribute to improving templates, design systems, and working processes.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager or management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio in social media, advertising, and digital design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong concept thinking (not just execution)
- Strong understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling
- Ability to understand marketing objectives and translate them into effective visuals
- Possesses both conceptual thinking and basic management mindset (ability to organize work, guide others, and think beyond individual tasks)
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics (After Effects)
- Video production/editing
- Basic UI/UX knowledge (Figma)
- Awareness of performance marketing (understanding how creatives impact CTR, CVR, etc.)
