Senior Designer - Marketing Agency

• Salary 23,000,000 - 27,000,000 VND

Overview: This team designs and plans the character goods that we manufacture in-house (OEM).

The characters are mainly from famous Japanese anime.

- We are seeking a senior-level designer who will be responsible not only for design work but also for supervising and ensuring the quality of visual outputs.

- This role involves communication and approval processes with Japanese licensors, so business-level Japanese proficiency is required. As English is the working language within the company, strong English communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

Design character merchandise and packaging.

Conduct quality checks and design supervision based on Japanese licensors guidelines

Communicate with Japanese licensors for feedback and approvals

Coordinate with MD and production teams to ensure feasibility and scheduling

Propose new ideas and improvements for internal product planning

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Language: English - Business Level

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product or character design
