Senior Data Software Engineer (HCM)

I. Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance, scalable, and secure end-to-end web applications

- Design and implement frontend solutions using modern frameworks (React, Angular)

- Build efficient APIs and microservices for backend

- Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage performance

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines

- Design and deploy solutions on AWS cloud platform

- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

- Work with AWS services for Big Data and AI/ML (Amazon EMR, SageMaker, Comprehend)

- Integrate AI/ML solutions into applications to create intelligent and personalized features

- Build data pipelines for collection and processing of data

- Develop data analysis and visualization features

II. Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- Good at English

- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience

- Strong experience in Python or Java

- Extensive experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot)

- Proficiency with various database types (SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL; NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB)

- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms

- Experience designing highly scalable distributed systems

- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation)

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies

- Experience developing and deploying applications that provide direct services to end-users
