Responsibilities
- Provide solutions and implement AI projects using LLMs, GenAI services (like Google Gemini, Open AI, Doc AI....) or opensource projects
- Optimize and fine-tune AI current light-weight models for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Drives product and business impact through data analysis, algorithm development, and applied machine learning.
- Works on a range of problems including personalisation, search, and recommendation, using techniques such as LLMs, RAG, and statistical modelling.
- Collaborates closely with engineering and product teams to develop, train, and deploy models that enhance user experience and decision-making.
- Brings strong analytical and programming skills, with a focus on turning data into actionable insights and scalablesystems.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, computer vision, and speech processing.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to manage and deploy models.
Requirements
Must have
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development.
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools for deploying AI models in production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English
Nice to have
- Experience with computer vision tools (OpenCV, scikit-image, YOLO, Detectron, etc.).
- Expertise in video/audio/speech processing (FFmpeg, OpenCV, Librosa, DeepSpeech)models
- Experienced using Google Document AI and labelling data
