Senior Data Privacy Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Personal Data Protection policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection regulations.
• Lead Personal Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
• Conduct Cross-border Data Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Coordinate Data Subject Rights requests.
• Monitor Personal Data Protection compliance across business units.
• Manage Personal Data incidents and regulatory reporting.
• Develop awareness training programs on Data Privacy.
• Work closely with Legal, Information Security, IT and Risk teams.
• Continuously improve the Bank's Data Privacy governance framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, Risk Management, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Data Privacy, Compliance, Information Security, Legal Compliance or Operational Risk.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Personal Data Protection regulations.
• Experience in DPIA, Cross-border Data Transfer Assessment and Data Governance is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
