Job Description
We are looking a Senior Data Management Executive to join our Central Marketing team.
This role will be based at Ha Phan Building.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data management
- You will play a crucial role in building a comprehensive database of potential visitors, which will be instrumental in our efforts to enhance event attendance and create more engaging experiences for our customers.
- Efficiently gather data on visitors to our events, including demographic information, preferences, feedback, and contact details.
- Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to extract relevant data from diverse sources, including registration forms, attendee surveys, and digital interactions.
- Organize and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness & upload to organization standardize systems.
- Work closely with regional Data team to ensure the integrity and security of visitor data.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential visitors, keeping it current and accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Visitor Database Development
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of a comprehensive visitor database.
- Implement strategies to segment and categorize visitors based on various criteria for targeted marketing and engagement efforts.
- Perform thorough analysis of extracted data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to visitor demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
- Assist in the design and execution of visitor engagement initiatives aimed at fostering long-term relationships.
- Leverage data insights to personalize communication and tailor offerings to the preferences and interests of different visitor segments.
Tele center
- Organize the telecenter's workflow to ensure optimal productivity.
- Oversee the telecenter's data entry processes to guarantee accuracy and completeness of the collected information.
- Develop and implement training programs for telecenter staffs to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective data collection and call handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business/ Commercial or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Good command of Vietnamese & English
- Detailed oriented, team player, people management skills
