Currently we are hiring 02 Senior Data Engineer for Risk and IT Divisions. Following is the detailed job description:
1. Senior Data & Feature Engineer (Risk Division)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze data from data producers and transform them into unified form, organize them within the data platforms and/or analytical/production feature store, produce base & derived features in line with Risk Modelling team requirements
- Closely cooperate with IT department on implementing company wide data products following standardized development practices
- Develop, maintain and monitor data pipelines preparing suitable data for analytic & reporting activities
- Set up effective data quality monitoring to detect and remedy discrepancies (collaborate with HQ teams)
- Drive utilization of Big Data Hadoop platform to reduce dependence on DWH Analytical Playgrounds
- Support implementation of MLOps solution aiming to significantly transform data preparation, model development, deployment and monitoring
- Work closely with our data scientists to understand their requirements and challenges and provide them with tailored solutions to optimize their workflows
- Build local expertise for end-to-end development, deployment and monitoring of ML models using Feature Store solution
- Deliver data processing mechanisms for real-time data processing and analytical use to utilize the value of new technologies
- Guarantee technical and operational excellence by:
- Performing code reviews to guarantee high standards and code quality and providing constructive feedback to Junior members
- Designing innovative technical solutions to optimize and elevate the functionality of the Data Platform and Data Products
- Sharing best practices on relevant technical topics to foster collaborative learning environment
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, nice to have experience in Feature Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Big Data ecosystem, data integration, transformation, processing and visualization tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Jupyter)
- Hands-on experience MLOps lifecycle, involving the entire process Features Preparation, Model Development, Model Deployment and Model Monitoring is a plus
- Programming Language: SQL and Python on advanced level
- Fluent English
2. Senior IT Data Engineer (IT Division)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and manage the Enterprise Dimensional Model for Home Credit data
- Serve as data model subject matter expert, approve any data model changes for our analytical data products
- Design and develop dbt to deliver of analytical data products
- Provide data modeling expertise to all Home Credit data teams through code reviews, pairing, and training to help deliver optimal, DRY, reusable, and scalable data designs and queries in Big Data Platform
- Implement the DataOps philosophy in everything you do
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in the Data space as an Analytics Engineer, or equivalent
- 2+ years managing the same data model system over time, evolving the model to meet new business requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading large and complex data warehouse solution, from beginning to operationalization
- Demonstrated experience designing Dimensional Data Modeling
- Extensive experience with incremental data processing, late data arrive handling using tools like dbt and orchestrated through workflow management platforms like Airflow
- Extensive experience in 2 or more major data subject domain (customer, sales, finance, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Good communication: Regularly achieve consensus amongst technical and business teams
