MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consulting services to support the DOMO (BI tool) implementation in NAB Marketing.
- Implement strategies to progressively reduce functional and non-functional defects within the production environments through us e of production monitoring tools.
- Manage direct reports to deliver on the below, based on product owner requirements and specifications.
- Create and PROD new ETL functions.
- Uplift the existing ETL functions to improve the data pipeline and automation process, to reduce turnaround time to create/ma intain datasets.
- Perform BAU, defects and hygiene tasks in the DOMO platform ( e.g: Data input monitoring and maintenance, data connector defects, content audits, user access audits).
- Create and maintain new dashboards & visualisations.
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILL & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience with DOMO or equivalent BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker,...).
- 5+ years of Data Engineering experience in complex enterprise data environments.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimisation.
- Good at Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Strong data analytics and business analysis skills, with a proven ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Experienced in data modelling, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation.
- Good understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting.
- Extensive experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

- Ability to lead and mentor junior members in the team.
- Cloud data platform (DOMO).
- Knowledge of marketing data privacy and governance.
