I. Job Description:
1. System & Data Infrastructure Administration
- Manage accounts and grant access permissions to servers, workspaces, and dashboards.
- Manage Gateways: installation, connection, backup, and troubleshooting.
- Check and maintain system connections (Server, SAP, Power BI).
- Manage and renew licenses (Power BI, Fabric).
2. Reporting System Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor daily dashboard refresh status.
- Periodically check system capacity and performance.
- Manage the dashboard inventory and status (go-live/inactive).
- Track user adoption and dashboard usage.
3. Request Management & User Access Control
- Receive requests via forms and standardize the request process.
- Verify security conditions before granting access.
- Assign permissions based on roles, departments, and data scope.
- Respond to and track requests via email.
4. Data/BI Solution Development & Deployment
- Analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
- Build data pipelines (queries, ETL, data modeling).
- Develop dashboards (Power BI, DAX, data visualization).
- Conduct testing (DEV/UAT) and deploy to production.
5. Project & Documentation Management
- Participate in kick-off meetings, analyze requirements, and propose solutions.
- Prepare documentation: proposals, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and user manuals.
- Track project progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Execute go-live procedures and project closure.
6. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Resolve errors related to data refresh, gateways, servers, SAP, and Power Automate.
- Check system logs, connections, and identify the root causes of errors.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, ABAP, and Helpdesk teams to resolve incidents.
7. Communication & User Training
- Prepare user guidelines and manuals for dashboards.
- Send communication emails upon project go-live.
- Organize training sessions and guide users.
- Provide post-go-live support and collect user feedback.
8. Automation & Process Improvement
- Build and maintain automated workflows (Power Automate).
- Optimize operational processes and data utilization.
- Propose system and technology improvements.
II. Job Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Degree & Major: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
- Foreign Language Proficiency (if applicable): English – Good reading comprehension of technical documents, and basic communication skills for work.
- Other Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant certifications such as Power BI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.).
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Years of experience in an equivalent position (scope, scale, industry, etc.): 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer / Data Engineer. Experience working in a corporate environment with medium-to-large-scale data and reporting systems is highly preferred.
- Experience working in the data domain, including: data processing, report development, operating BI systems, or related tasks.

Salary range: 20-30 mil gross
