Job Description:
- Maintain ongoing client reporting requirements such as weekly campaign summaries and performance dashboards.
- Perform data ETL, design and deliver reports and dashboards (preferable Power BI).
- Write SQL queries for data extraction and transformation to support reporting and ad hoc requests.
- Collaborate with the Associate Analytics Director on:
- Designing and optimizing data strategies and architectures.
- Building predictive models using client datasets to understand customer behaviours.
- Evaluating new data sources to enhance insight capabilities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in SQL and capable of managing analytics projects from end to end.
- Good command of English, especially in professional and technical communication. Nice to have:
- Experience in applied statistics (e.g. regression, hypothesis testing).
- Familiarity with data science toolkits such as Python, R, or MatLab.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
