As a CVM Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: leveraging strong analytical skills and hands-on campaign execution experience to design, deploy, and optimize CRM campaigns using SAS RTDM, while bridging business needs with technical solutions and ensuring effective multi-channel customer engagement and high-quality campaign delivery.

- CVM department is responsible for proposing, implementing and optimizing x-sell campaign strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention, managing whole customer portfolio
- CVM department is helping to design the customer journeys and communication strategy for different customer segment
- CVM is building company profitability by controlling the customer life-time value, controlling promotion and communication costs and optimizing product mix
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business requirements into SAS solutions, prepare design documents, and support full SDLC from design to deployment and evaluation
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns in SAS RTDM, including workflows, targeting, and performance optimization
- Manage campaign operations and schedules, ensure system stability, and resolve issues in collaboration with IT and data teams
- Support customer journey use cases, contribute to pilot initiatives, and drive improvements in CRM effectiveness and customer experience
- Maintain campaign documentation, develop guidelines and training materials, and ensure proper knowledge sharing across teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in CRM Analyst/BA/BI/DA/Developer positions (junior candidates with good technical education background can be considered)
- Proficient in SQL with strong understanding in system is a plus
- Experienced in Fintech/E-commerce/Ride – Hailing/Insurance/Tech/CFC/Banking industry
- Good learning agility, logical thinking, problem solving and detail – oriented
- English from intermediate level
