Provide support, consultation, and troubleshooting for customers facing issues with SIM & eSIM products, including both Vietnamese customers and international tourists.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as Hotline, Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, E-commerce platforms, etc.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, in accordance with the company's support policies.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
Experience in handling customer complaints, persuading customers, or providing customer service is an advantage.
Good command of English for communication with international customers.
Freshers (candidates with no prior experience) will be trained by the company.
Availability for flexible working hours in an 8-hour shift system, 40 hours/week, rotating shifts (24/7).
Ability to work on-site at the Gohub office, located near Tan Son Nhat Airport.
Strong sense of responsibility, good attitude, honesty, fast-paced, detail-oriented.
Energetic, responsive, and good at communication and problem-solving.
Benefits:
Competitive salary + commission on revenue and performance bonuses (8-10 million VND/month).
Salary may increase based on experience, with senior and supervisor positions earning 15-20 million VND/month.
Official contract after 2 months of probation.
