We are seeking a Senior customer service officer who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and resolving client inquiries and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on products, services, and policies.
- Guide clients through the full process from opening account, KYC verification while troubleshoot and resolve issues. Escalating complex cases to manager when necessary.
- Accurately document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless client journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within fintech, financial services, insurance or trading.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, experience using CRM system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Team-oriented mindset, able to work effectively cross departments to ensure fast and accurate response.
- Proficiency in English/Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Indonesian (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading is a plus.
