OVERVIEW:
- Main purpose of the job: to provide leadership, direction and strategy to ensure successful growth of the business accounts, in accordance with the company mission and goals.
- Candidate profile: A self-motivated and highly dynamic individual who is capable of challenging the status quo. Must be competent in being able to investigate and successfully develop new business opportunities. Needs to be comfortable in pursuing these opportunities directly with the customers. The fast changing nature of the account means that the individual needs to stay in tune with the market needs, and maintain a team that is flexible and reacts rapidly. Must be able to leverage the company's strengths to ensure sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinate with business accounts on a regional basis to ensure strategy and goals are achieved.
- Provide maximum customer satisfaction for the buying offices, their agents and vendors.
- Create and execute specific account sales strategies to expand our market share.
- Establish annual operating budget and endeavor to meet specific speed, reliability, responsiveness and financial goals and targets.
- Build up close customer relationships in Asia and through such relationships identify market trends, competitor information and derive specific strategies to expand the market share.
- Manage and motivate staff in the Business Unit for continuous improvement, develop succession plans for key positions.
- Work with the team on planning resources, attracting right candidates, retaining and developing people, and improving employee's satisfaction.
- Support and refer new business growth opportunities from existing customers to the Business Development Team.
- Report and analyze Business Unit activities.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years related experience, preferably in related industry.
- Effective leadership, development and training skills required.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Possess strong business acumen.
- Data driven and process oriented.
- Strong customer satisfaction focus skills.
- Knowledgeable on call center operations and product lines.
