We're looking for a
Senior Customer Service Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations in ocean freight for US & Canada trade lanes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving challenges, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Deliver top-notch customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Apply global service contracts (US & Canada) to provide competitive rates and smart solutions.
- Manage space allocation effectively to minimize shortfalls.
- Build strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, and shipping lines to resolve issues quickly.
- Handle end-to-end booking processes in CW1, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Monitor shipment schedules, protect space allocations, and communicate changes proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless export operations.
- Solve problems proactively and keep stakeholders informed.
What We're Looking For:
- 35 years of experience in ocean freight customer service.
- Strong knowledge of US & Canada export contracts and booking processes.
- Proficiency in CW1 system is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
