We specialize in creating exciting platforms aimed at a wide range of people and places, ensuring that we are capable of crafting events purpose-built for anyone, anywhere.
MAIN DUTIES
- Communicate with customers (participants) through various channels (Social media, Email, Phone).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries within 24 hours. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Support customers with payments, refunds, invoices, contracts, and information related to the registration system if any regarding the project/event.
- Maintain and build relationships with partners (in Vietnam & Overseas). Follow up payment, and contracts with these partners in each event.
- Do R&D about the market price, and market trends.
- Prepare the necessary materials before publishing the registration (Ticket Sales).
- Prepare the database for the event date.
- Cooperate with other teams to solve any requirement, question, or support to the participants during and after the event;
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
MUST - HAVE
- Good at Microsoft Excel, and Word. (You will work with a lot of data in Microsoft Excel. Test will be applied for candidates during interview)
- Skills in Data analytics and data management are an advantage.
- Good at English (Customers are both foreigners and Vietnamese)
- Good communication skills (phone, email)
- Teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
