Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service team. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer experiences, smooth order processing, and effective coordination across internal departments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

-Process customer orders and respond promptly to inquiries and requests

-Manage e-invoices, ensuring accurate and timely issuance

-Monitor and follow up on overdue customer payments

-Handle daily customer service operations with reliability and responsiveness

-Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal teams to fulfill customer requirements

-Provide back-office support to Sales & Marketing teams

-Liaise with both local and international clients

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

-Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Manager

-Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

-University degree in Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields

-Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, Purchasing, Order Management, Import-Export, Sales, or Sales Administration

-Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

-High emotional intelligence with strong collaboration and teamwork skills

-Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

-Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a high sense of responsibility

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

-Proficiency in MS Office, SAP system knowledge preferred

-Understanding of Accounts Receivable/Invoicing processes is an advantage

-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
