About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Customer Acquisition Marketing Specialist to drive new customer growth for financial products at FE CREDIT.
This role focuses on paid performance marketing, full-funnel optimization, and data-driven growth, owning clear business KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV/CAC.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ads (loans, credit cards, insurance, app).
- Manage and optimize ads budgets based on funnel and product performance.
- Optimize the end-to-end funnel: Ads Lead eKYC Approval Disbursement
- Use MMP / CDP / CRM data for targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Analyze performance by cohort, ROAS, LTV, and continuously improve funnel & messaging.
- Work closely with Product, Risk, Ops, Data, IT, Finance and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years in performance marketing agencies or finance/banking companies.
- Strong knowledge of paid ads, funnel optimization, attribution.
- Hands-on experience with MMP / CDP / CRM.
- Data-driven, KPI-oriented mindset.
