1. Role Overview
This role is responsible for organizing and executing CSR-related projects and events, while also supporting the development and implementation of the company's disaster response and emergency relief mechanisms.
Under the guidance of the team lead, the role will support the implementation of CSR initiatives in Vietnam, including event execution, disaster relief coordination, and emergency response system development. The ultimate goal is to support the company's global brand building through meaningful CSR activities.
This position focuses on project management and execution, requiring strong coordination skills to ensure smooth project delivery in complex and multi-stakeholder environments. The role also involves emergency planning, compliance assessment, and cross-organization coordination.
2. Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Project & Event Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of CSR projects and events, including planning, coordination, on-site execution, and post-event review
- Develop project timelines and track key milestones
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and volunteer resources
- Identify risks during project execution and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are achieved
2. Disaster Response Mechanism & Project Execution
- Participate in establishing the company's disaster and emergency response framework, including response procedures, decision-making processes, and SOPs
- Analyze disaster types and response scenarios in key regions to develop standardized emergency plans
- Coordinate disaster relief project execution, including resource allocation, partner coordination, and on-site management
- Monitor project progress and risks, and prepare progress reports
3. Policy & Compliance Management
- Research government policies and regulatory requirements related to disaster response and public welfare initiatives
- Identify necessary approvals, reporting procedures, and partnership requirements for relief operations
- Conduct policy and risk assessments before project implementation and provide feasibility recommendations
4. External Collaboration & Operational Support
- Support communication with external partners such as UN agencies, NGOs, charity organizations, and professional rescue teams
- Assist in preparing project plans, operational documents, and reporting materials
- Maintain project documentation and operational records
3. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in project management, event operations, or CSR / nonprofit projects
- Experience in disaster response or emergency project management is a plus
- Experience working with government agencies or relief organizations is preferred
- Fluent English (working language)
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong abilities in project management, coordination, execution, and risk awareness
4. Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
- Basic understanding of brand communication, marketing logic, or corporate partnership models
