We're Hiring: Senior Creative Designer (Growth & Lifecycle)

  • Location: Hybrid | Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (must work U.S. hours)
  • Employment Type: Contractor | Full-time
  • Reporting To: Design Lead (U.S.)
  • Teams Supported: Growth & Lifecycle (within Product)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Creative Designer to execute high-quality, repeatable design across paid growth and lifecycle channels for a premium health and wellness company.

This is an execution-focused role with clear ownership boundaries:

  • Work prioritization is set by the Growth and Lifecycle teams.
  • Design standards and brand consistency are owned by the U.S.-based Design Lead.

Your responsibility is to deliver clear, trustworthy, on-brand creative with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Growth (50%)

  • Design paid advertising creative for performance channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, partnerships).
  • Execute from structured briefs with discipline and attention to detail.
  • Build reusable ad templates and component systems.
  • Support rapid iteration while maintaining brand quality.

Lifecycle & Retention (50%)

  • Design lifecycle and email assets (onboarding, engagement, retention).
  • Create calm, human, and trustworthy visual language.
  • Build reusable lifecycle and email components.
  • Maintain consistency across user journeys.

Design Systems & Execution

  • Build and maintain component libraries in Figma.
  • Apply neutral color palettes, restrained typography, and authentic imagery.
  • Ensure consistency across Growth and Lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Incorporate feedback from the Design Lead efficiently and professionally.

AI-Enabled Design

  • Use modern AI tools to support design production and iteration.
  • Build repeatable workflows for resizing, versioning, and adaptation.
  • Apply strong design judgmentAI should enhance quality, not replace standards.

How You'll Work

  • Prioritization: Set by Growth and Lifecycle teams.
  • Approvals: Growth/Lifecycle approve for speed; Design Lead reviews for consistency.
  • Cadence: Weekly syncs, clear briefs, minimal meetings.
  • Working Style: Fast execution with high quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Required

  • Senior-level execution experience; able to work independently and reliably.
  • Strong portfolio in health, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Experience designing paid acquisition creative.
  • Experience with email and lifecycle design.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • High proficiency in Figma.

Preferred

  • Experience working with U.S. or European companies.
  • Clear Western design sensibility (restraint, clarity, effective use of space).
  • Experience building reusable design systems and templates.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones with U.S.-based teams.

This Role Is Not

  • A branding or re-branding role.
  • Trend-driven or experimental design.
  • Social-first or influencer-led creative.

This role is focused on trust, consistency, and execution at scale.
