Job Description

Purpose of the job:

Senior Costing & Planning Analyst is a key role in ensuring the financial health of the Company by effectively managing costs, ensuring accurate cost tracking, analysis, reporting, developing cost control strategies and providing valuable insights to drive decision-making.

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

Perform and mornitor standard cost review, tracking performance against plan, identify potential risks and highlight for the management team,

Analyzing production costs, and expenses to identify variances and areas for improvement,

Prepare monthly cost analysis reports, highlight key performance indicators,

Working with all departments to improve cost-saving initiatives,

Oversee inventory control, fixed assets, doing reconciliation, valuation and analysis,

Participate in budgeting, forecasting processes

Participate in month-end, year-end closing processes, ensure accuracy, cosistency and in a timely manner,

Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Skills/Experience:

Experience: At least have 5 years of working experience in management accounting, FP&A in manufacturing companies; have experience in using ERP.

Language: fluence in English, requires 3 skills: listening, speaking and writing

Can work under high pressure and provide independent solutions.

Professional, high integrity, good teamwork.

Leadership skills

Competence in MS Office (words, excel, ppt etc.)

Good communication skills, active oriented.

Qualification: Accounting/finance bachelor, chartered accountants (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) are preferred
