Position Summary
As a Senior Corporate Communication Specialist, you are the Voice of LTV. You will lead our journey in becoming the top-tier Tech Hub in Vietnam. This role is not just about communication; it's about Engineering Influence. You will bridge the gap between complex technical excellence and compelling human stories, driving Employer Branding, Internal Engagement, and Tech Community relations on a global scale.

Responsibilities
1. Strategic Employer Branding & Tech Marketing (40%)
- Architect and execute LTV's long-term Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to position us as a Top-of-mind destination for elite IT talent.
- Oversee and elevate our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Tech Blogs, and Website. Shift the content strategy from information sharing to thought leadership in Tech Mastery.
- Produce high-impact branding assets (Corporate profiles, Technical case studies, AI-First culture videos).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to build data-driven campaigns that optimize candidate conversion through storytelling.
2. Talent & Tech-Community Synergy (30%)
- Empower Tech Leads and Engineers to become Brand Ambassadors by building their professional personal brands.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external Tech Communities, Universities, and Tech Influencers to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Lead local execution for LY Group's global initiatives (e.g., Techverse, Global Hackathons), connecting Vietnamese talent with the global engineering ecosystem.
3. Internal Communications & Cultural Animation (30%)
- Design a communication roadmap that fosters transparency, pride, and the WOW culture.
- Craft strategic messaging for leadership (Town Halls, internal newsletters, organizational changes).
- Act as an MC and Facilitator for key corporate events, ensuring every touchpoint delivers an Amazing experience.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to stimulate a Learning & Sharing culture through internal TechTalks and sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or Employer Branding. Experience in a Product-based IT/Software company is highly preferred.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese (professional proficiency).
- Stage Presence: A natural-born communicator with the confidence to host events (MC) and influence diverse audiences.
- Strategic Growth Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into relatable and inspiring narratives.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of social media algorithms (LinkedIn/Facebook) and trends in the Tech industry.
- Personality: Proactive, high-energy, and capable of navigating a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Bonus Points (Preferred): Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) to support agile and high-quality content production.
