What You Will Drive: The Core Mandate

As a Senior RM, you will be measured heavily on your direct contribution to the bank's bottom line and the sustainability of your portfolio:

• Financial Mastery: Achieve and exceed ambitious Net Total Income (NTI) targets across all revenue streams (interest, fees, trading).
• Asset Growth: Drive strategic growth in Loan Outstanding and secure low-cost funding.
• New Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard high-value New Customers and secure multiple New Credit Limits and mandates annually.
• Risk Stewardship: Maintain impeccable portfolio asset quality, ensuring a near-zero Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio through disciplined credit analysis and review.
• Product Champion: Coordinate product specialists (Trade, Cash Management, FX) to maximize cross-selling and increase the share of wallet within your portfolio.

What We Need in a Candidate

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years as a Relationship Manager with direct exposure to Vietnam's large corporate or multinational client segment.
• Credit Acumen: Exceptional skills in financial modeling, credit analysis, and complex deal structuring.
• Mandatory Language: Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal) is essential for market coverage and internal reporting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics required.
• Cultural Fit: Driven, results-oriented, highly collaborative, and uncompromising on risk and compliance standards.
