Social Manager

2. About the role

  • We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who can lead creative ideas from brief to execution combining strong conceptual thinking with strategic clarity.
  • This role requires the ability to transform business objectives and consumer insights into structured communication frameworks and high-impact copy across social, digital, and integrated campaigns.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior creatives, and contribute to building culturally relevant, performance-driven ideas.

3. Key Responsibilities

a) Creative & Strategic Leadership

Take full ownership of creative briefs, translating business objectives into clear communication strategies and compelling copy.

Develop strong campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, social content, and KOL messaging across formats.

Align creative ideas with KPIs, platform roles, and amplification logic.

Build integrated content ecosystems across campaign phases (Tease Launch Amplify).

b) Insight & Communication Planning

Decode audience insights and cultural trends to define communication challenges.

Develop structured creative frameworks aligned with media dynamics and campaign objectives.

Generate actionable consumer insights and culturally relevant hooks.

c) Social & Outreach Thinking

Design messaging guidelines for KOL/KOC and community activation.

Ensure ideas are optimized for social spreadability and engagement.

Understand platform behaviors and digital-first creative processes.

d) Execution & Collaboration

Oversee end-to-end creative execution, ensuring quality and timelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall creative standards.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

4. Requirement

35+ years of experience as a Copywriter in a Digital or Integrated Agency.

Proven experience in social-driven or integrated campaigns (FMCG/E-commerce is a plus).

Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.

Strategic and structured approach to creativity.

Ability to translate business goals into clear communication frameworks.

Strong understanding of social media dynamics and outreach strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Fluent in English.

Strong time management and attention to detail.

Experience mentoring junior creatives is a plus.
