I. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Video Production: Handle the complete lifecycle of short-form video creation for assigned creators. This includes conceptualizing hooks, writing compelling scripts, directing on-set shoots, and executing high-paced post-production editing.
- Shoppertainment Scripting: Craft engaging narratives that subtly integrate brand messaging and product USPs. Design strong Call-to-Actions (CTAs) that effectively funnel viewers toward TikTok Shop product pages or Livestream events.
- Trend Scouting & Rapid Adaptation: Monitor daily platform trends, viral sounds, and transition challenges. Rapidly adapt these trends to fit the specific personas of THN's creators and produce relevant content within 24-48 hours.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers (PMs) and Brand Partnership to ensure video content aligns perfectly with upcoming Mega Live schedules, brand promotions, and overall campaign objectives.
- Quality Control & Platform Compliance: Ensure all video assets strictly adhere to platform guidelines (avoiding restricted keywords/visuals) while maintaining THN's high standards for audiovisual quality and brand safety.
II. Candidate ProfileEducational
Background & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Media Production, Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, content creation, or social media management, preferably within an Agency, MCN, or Media Publisher.
Technical Skills & Industry Acumen
- Proficiency in CapCut & Canva: Highly skilled in utilizing editing software, including both mobile and desktop versions of CapCut (CapCut Pro) and Canva.
- Strong grasp of mobile videography, basic lighting setup, and sound design.
- Trend Savvy & TikTok Enthusiast: Passionate about consuming TikTok content; deeply immersed in TikTok culture, pacing, viral trends, and its unique visual language.
- AI-Driven: Open-minded and capable of leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, and AI-powered video/image generation tools) to optimize brainstorming and the content production workflow.
- Strategic GMV Mindset: Intimate knowledge of how to structure a video for e-commerce conversion (the first 3-second hook, retention tactics, and CTAs). Possess a strategic mindset to drive revenue and achieve target GMV through Affiliate Videos.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
