- Conduct in-depth research on health and wellness topics to develop effective content strategies;
- Work closely with the creative and media teams to identify key insights and trending topics, then develop and execute social media campaigns accordingly;
- Produce daily content for Facebook fanpage, website, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms;
- Monitor media performance reports to evaluate effectiveness, and adjust content strategies based on customer needs and existing communication gaps;
- Plan content for both short- and long-term campaigns; build monthly content calendars and create daily posts in various formats;
- Write engaging headlines and compelling copy that capture the attention of the target audience;
- Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams including visual designers; participate in brainstorming sessions for visuals and content ideas;
- Manage multiple campaigns under pressure and tight deadlines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 23 years of experience in content writing/copywriting and social media management (especially TikTok, Facebook, etc.);
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry is a strong advantage;
- A smart and flexible working style is preferred;
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage. A creative mindset and storytelling skills are essential;
- Experience in creating TikTok content (personal or professional) is a plus (please include portfolio links if available).
