We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager - C&B/ Payroll Services. Reporting to Head of People Solutions, this full-time and permanent position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, allowing you to make a significant impact to Vietnam office operation and its growth.

Job Descriptions:

• C&B / Payroll outsourcing services to our multinational clients;
• Provide consultation on Vietnam labor / social insurance (SHUI) / personal income tax (PIT) regulations;
• Calculate monthly SHUI / PIT and net remuneration for client's employees;
• Perform procedures in relation to SHUI compliance such as employee registration / de-registration, salary revision, renewal of medical care, and processing claims of social insurance benefits;
• Perform procedures in relation to registration of PIT code, and dependents;
• Prepare monthly/quarterly compliance reports to local authorities, annual PIT finalization;
• * At the Assistant Manager level, oversee and mentor junior team members, provide clients with advice on legislative updates, and support Managers and Heads of Department in leading and developing the team.
• Other tasks related to Payroll / C&B services.
