The Project
This is a complex, large scale, modern smart urban development that will benefit the people. The project includes villas, townhouses, apartments, retail, and offices, working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead MEP construction delivery, ensuring full compliance with Mace standards, programme, safety, quality, and commissioning requirements.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, trade contractors, and project leaders to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Drive project strategic priorities, including Prefabrication (C2P), commissioning, digital adoption, and safe ways of working.
- Oversee programme reviews, productivity, trade coordination, and critical path risks using digital tools.
- Manage quality assurance, installation standards, delivery sequencing, and commissioning strategies.
- Lead project close‑out, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and low‑carbon delivery commitments.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with over 15 years experience.
- Holds Class 1 Supervision Certificate and relevant accreditations (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS).
- Strong English communication and extensive understanding of planning, safety, digital tools, and quality processes across complex construction packages.
- Advanced knowledge of MEP/Building Services engineering, installation, testing, sequencing, and best practice.
