Senior Compliance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Legal Assessment Committee

- Work with the Factories to assess legal requirements for important projects at factories to ensure legal compliance of these projects.

2. Legal update and consultancy

- Update and analyze new Law related to Factory operations with the main field such as construction, environment, electricity, manufacture...

- Consult in the legal fields related to factory operation like electricity, energy (Solar, Biomass...), environment, construction, etc.

3. Compliance tasks:

- Conduct tasks related to Compliance activities in the Company.

4. Other tasks:

- Work with the related authorities to clarify law matters related to the above fields to ensure the compliance law of company.

5. Collaborate and coordinate with other team(s) to complete assigned tasks.

6. Understand Compliance Section's target.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- University Graduated with major in Laws, Commercial Laws or related majors;

- Have at least 02-04 years of experience in the law field for factory operation such as fire protection and prevention, construction, energy, land, etc. Most preferred in manufacturing and business companies like Ajinomoto Vietnam;

- Have general knowledge of Vietnamese laws and factual business, manufacture knowledge;

- Ability to analyze and generalize to give accurate judgment;

- Have good English skills;

- Careful, Honest, Hard-working, Responsible.

WORKING TIME:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 16:45

Ajinomoto Viet Nam (6 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City)
