Senior Compliance Lead

Financial Services - Regulatory Compliance - Vietnamese mandatory - Individual Contributor

Our client, an international financial group, is looking for an experience professional in Regulatory Compliance in HCMC, Vietnam

What you will do:

• Support the Compliance Director in developing and maintaining an effective compliance framework.

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks, particularly in high-risk areas.

• Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate compliance training and awareness programs for employees.

• Conduct monitoring and control activities to ensure adherence to internal standards.

• Act as a point of contact for internal compliance queries and support communication with relevant external stakeholders when required.

• Contribute to the preparation of compliance reports and management updates.

• Participate in investigations and reviews of potential breaches or irregularities.

What you will bring:

• Background in Compliance or Law, Internal Audit, Risk or Internal Control

• At least 5 years in Compliance, Legal or Risk in Financial Services (Banks, Insurance or other Financial Services) or Big4

• Strong understanding of local regulatory compliance requirements and stakeholder management

• Full proficiency in English AND Vietnamese
