We are seeking an experienced
Senior Commercial Project Manager to join a large rail project.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the region's most transformative transportation projects while working alongside international experts in rail technology, project delivery, and commercial management.

The Senior Commercial Project Manager is a key member of the project leadership team, responsible for driving commercial performance across the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Commercial Project Director and Overall Project Manager, you will provide commercial leadership, ensure effective financial governance, manage contractual obligations, and support the successful delivery of project objectives related to cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
You will:
- Lead the commercial and financial management of a major rail infrastructure project, ensuring robust governance, reporting, and compliance throughout project execution.
- Partner with project leadership to optimize project performance through effective management of profitability, cash flow, forecasting, risk, and contractual obligations.
- Manage commercial project controls including budgeting, financial reporting, invoicing, guarantees, bonds, securities, and payment administration.
- Drive contract and claims management activities, supporting commercial negotiations and ensuring contractual requirements are effectively managed across project stakeholders and consortium partners.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks while implementing appropriate controls and escalation processes.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, project delivery, procurement, and external stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and strengthening commercial processes and project controls.
Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive commercial management experience within large-scale infrastructure, transportation, engineering, or rail projects.
- Proven track record delivering commercial outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
- Strong expertise in project finance, forecasting, cash flow management, commercial governance, risk management, and contract administration.
- Experience supporting the delivery of major turnkey, rail, mobility, or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in international and multicultural environments.
- Strong commercial negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with project management and financial systems such as SAP.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Vietnamese language skills will be advantageous.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
