[HCM] Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS/OCI/OpenStack)

- Work Arrangement: Full-time, On-site at the office
I. Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and operate enterprise cloud infrastructure and platform solutions.
- Build, configure, and manage cloud services, including Compute, Network, Storage, and Identity & Access Management.
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud environments based on AWS, OCI, or OpenStack.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualization and container platforms such as VMware, KVM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, security, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operations using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cloud solutions that meet business and customer requirements.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and best practices to continuously improve cloud platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members when needed.
II. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms:
-Amazon Web Services (AWS)
-Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
-OpenStack
- Candidates with strong expertise in one cloud platform are encouraged to apply. Experience across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, and OpenStack) is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with virtualization and container technologies such as VMware, KVM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall, VPN, Load Balancing, and SDN.
- Experience with enterprise storage technologies such as Ceph, SAN, or NAS.
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production cloud environments.
- Relevant certifications in AWS, OCI, or OpenStack are highly preferred.
- Good communication, teamwork, and English reading skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud or Multi-Cloud environments.
- Experience designing or operating Private Cloud solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or platform optimization projects.
