Integrate AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, X-Ray into ServiceNow Event Management.
Integrate Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights.
Create a unified data model: standardize log fields, severity, asset identifiers.
Enable noise suppression rules in ServiceNow Predictive AIOps.
Autogroup AWS and Azure alerts from common root events.
Deploy baseline correlation rules for CPU, memory, latency, IOPS anomalies.
Configure RCA models in ServiceNow AIOps to analyze AWS + Azure anomalies.
Build dashboards for network/API latency, scaling failures, and resource contention.
Implement dependency mapping between apps infra cloud services.
Integrate device metrics into ServiceNow DEX.
Apply automated endpoint fixes (patch correction, disk cleanup, broken update repair).
Also confirm if you have cloud resources to deliver the following scope:
Automate common tasks:
Restart stuck EC2 instances / Azure VMs
Clear queue backlogs (SQS, Service Bus)
Redeploy failed containers
Restart failing App Services / Lambda / Functions
Apply AI to optimize cloud utilization (rightsizing, stopping idle VMs).
Analyze usage trends for AWS + Azure and automate scaling schedules.
Implement predictive spend alerts in ServiceNow.
