Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Claims Manager. The Senior Claims Manager will be responsible for daily claims handling and management tasks, including analyzing claims, reviewing policies, and determining claim settlements. The position will work closely with the insurance claim team to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing, coordinate with internal operations team to deliver customer experience, and cooperate with insurers partners to resolve any issues.

• Experience in Insurance and Insurance Claims
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Medical Background is a plus
• Experience with customer service and handling inquiries is a plus
