. Contribute to achieve team's KPI (TAT, pending ratio, error rate)

- To make decision on the claim cases are quickly and exactly
- Sign-off person and mentor role: Countersign for claim assessor, trainee claim assessor within own authority and on- the- job training new claim assesors and jet claim assessors
- Support to claim assessor manager build Operating Manual, Internal guideline to build the assessment process is more efficiency and perfect.
- Support and join the projects related claim transformation/claim automation/enhance claim system to build and adapt with claim stratergy to increased customer experience

- Support claim colleagues (investigators or administrators) in some certain situation (reading original medical record at the hospital, field assessment of disability, mentor for administrators…) and support underwriting section when increasing volume of NBUW (month-end, contest…)- if any
- Co-operate: with claim investigator in claimant/customer interview in some certain situation and to build up internal guideline, and claim guide
- Others: to be assigned by the line manager or Company's management (if any)

Qualifications
- Madatory: University graduated in Economics, Business,
- Medical/ pharmaceutical
Experiences/ :
- at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or hospitals
- work at the hospitals and life insurance
Knowledge and skill set/ :
- English skills: at leat is reading, writing
- Microsoft office: word, excel, powerpoint
- Good communication skills, Problem solving skills, telephone skills and teamwork
