Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer at IntES, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves developing civil and structural engineering designs, conducting structural analyses, managing engineering projects, and providing technical support during the planning and construction phases. The engineer will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, adhering to industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Engineering
• Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principles
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with local and international engineering codes and standards
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, SAP2000, or similar)
• Previous experience working on industrial or infrastructure projects is a plus
