Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and reward policies to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with the company's growth strategy;
  • Conduct market salary surveys and compensation analysis; recommend appropriate adjustments to compensation and benefits programs;
  • Design, maintain, and enhance the Salary Band, Job Grade, Job Level frameworks, as well as employee recognition and reward programs;
  • Lead and oversee payroll operations, bonuses, Personal Income Tax (PIT), social insurance, and other statutory benefits; ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements;
  • Guide, review, and support C&B team members in executing payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management;
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics related to workforce costs, compensation effectiveness, employee turnover, and market competitiveness;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop workforce budgets, annual salary review plans, and performance-based incentive programs;
  • Build reports, dashboards, and provide insights to support management decision-making;
  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or related areas;
  • Hands-on experience in payroll administration, Personal Income Tax (PIT), social insurance, and labor-related benefits;
  • Proven experience in developing or improving compensation, benefits, and reward programs;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization and analytics tools is highly preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and provide actionable recommendations;
  • Systematic, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Have a personal laptop;
  • Experience using AI tools, AI agents, or participating in digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Working Location: HQ Tower - 201 Tran Nao, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
