Job Description

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, components, and services in alignment with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure optimal value and establish long-term supplier partnerships.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure understanding of material requirements and on-time availability.
Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database, including vendor onboarding and documentation management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement within procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procurement guidelines, and ERP workflows.
Support supply chain risk management by identifying potential disruptions and implementing mitigation plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and contract management.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
